Nutrition

Healthy nutrition involves consuming a balanced and varied diet that provides all the essential nutrients your body needs to function optimally. This includes prioritizing whole, unprocessed foods while moderating intake of sugars, unhealthy fats, and excessive sodium to support overall well-being and prevent chronic diseases.

My Why (01.31.2025)

This was my first recorded “Why” video, from the beginning of the year. It was one of our assignments for the DDPY Transformation University. I fell off and didn’t make it through that first semester. I will be recording my new Why video soon to help push me through the next semester of DDPY TU!
