I am wrapping up Day One. The official start date of DDPY Transformation University – Fall Semester 2025.
I attended the Orientation call today and since I participated in TU Spring semester, I was able to multitask during the call and take my initial measurements and do my scheduled DDPY workout.
It feels good to start strong. I have been tracking my food on the Lose it! app for just over a week now and am really proud of myself for tracking everything I eat and drink and ending each day in a deficit. My water intake during that week increased from 64oz/day to 128oz/day. I was also taking a daily Jetti walk and improved my distance from 0.42 miles to 1.06 miles. So I managed to lose 3.7 pounds in one week; even before starting the semester.
My thoughts on goals are:
1-mile Jetti Walk Daily
1 DDPY Workout Daily
Track Nutrition Daily
I’ll be working out more details each day and sharing more as I go along.
But, for now, today was a good day and I am satisfied.
